Services
PITCH Architecture + Planning is a full-service architecture practice based on Orcas Island. We offer architectural and interior design services for projects throughout the San Juan Islands. We focus on residential projects that are site-specific, compelling, and resonate with our region and natural environment.
Our services include: land use & shoreline planning, new construction design, renovation design, interior design, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction observation. PITCH A+P utilizes a team of consultants where necessary, and based upon the complexity of the project. We have a working relationship with many of the accomplished builders in the area.
For exceptional projects, PITCH A+P has assisted other architects with permitting and project coordination in San Juan County.
About
John Fleming, AIA
Based on Orcas Island, John is a licensed architect in the states of Washington and Michigan. He also enjoys getting off the island, kayaking, sailing, or hiking with his family.
He has a Masters of Architecture with high distinction from the University of Michigan, with continuing education in Australia and Nova Scotia; and a Bachelors of Engineering from the University of Colorado.
